DELIVERY POLICY
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer a replacement option or refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Barbados . We also accept orders to be delivered to our satellite pick-up locations clearly at at designated times.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates but we will always strive to be on time. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 minutes of delivery slot . Late deliveries customer has right to reduction of 10% or cancellation of order by phone to 826-0000. Business days for delivery are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Times slots are 10:30am-12:30pm or 1:00- 2:30.

5. Shipping Costs
We’ve provide island wide delivery at $13.50 per drop off spot. If any one payment has additional drop of locations a fee will be added for each delivery.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 826-0000. Yup will be asked to provide a photo of the item in question.You will be either receive a full credit, a refund or have a replacement made and immediately sent.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Delivery persons will collect all unpaid invoices by credit,debit or cash.
